Whatyou'llbe responsible forin this role:
Accountable for directly sourcing, interviewing, and presenting highly specialized professional talent
Partneringwith Human Resources and Hiring Managers todetermineworkforce needs- current and future openings and job specific criteria
Actingas a consultant and single point of contact to the HiringManager
Conductingsearchengagementmeetings(Intake Meeting)
Providing weekly status updates tohiring managers,HR, and Talent Acquisition Leadership
Assessingrisks/challenges, anddrivingresolution to challenges
Understandingkey metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activities and build effective strategies to meet goals
Leveragingexternal market data, vendors, sourcingchannelsand the latest technology available to quickly make competitive talent pools
Managing the interview processand ensuringqualified candidates are presentedas well as managing feedback to candidates
Recruitscross-functionallyand at various levels within the organization.
Utilizes various recruitment tools to source talent and build candidate pipelines, including internal applicant tracking system, employee referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, research, cold calling, jobfairsand other sourcing strategies asrequired.
Creates a memorable candidate experience by energizing candidates aroundthe organization'semployment value proposition.
Independently interviews and evaluates candidates, both internal and external, andrefersqualified applicants tohiringmanagers for consideration. May also conduct onsite interviews asrequired.
Conducts debrief meetings with the hiring managers and teams on candidateselection.
Willleverageour internal HR system tofacilitatebackground checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements.
Maintainsrelationshipwith inactive/passive candidates and builds a network of strong talent in the marketplace.
Provides ongoing communication with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and where necessary, key stakeholders onstatusof candidates and progress.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What are the basic qualifications?
Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience
4 yearsfull life cyclerecruitment experience
2 years'recruitmentexperiencesupporting skilled trades, construction, or manufacturing operations
Bilingual,Englishand Spanish
What are the preferred qualifications?
Prior experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously
Experience adhering to OFCCP regulations

A working knowledge of Internet recruiting technology and solid computerproficiency.
Demonstrated success in building credible relationships and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information.
Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation.
Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
Leverages internal HRsystemtofacilitatebackground checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements.
Maintains reports and analyzes recruiting statistics to track progress and review with leadership; provides recommendations based on analysis.
