POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications - equipment used includes, but is not limited to deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools and calipers, including personal protective equipment
• Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
• Troubleshoot and help resolve problems
• Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and follow procedures
• Complete associated job specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc.
• Additional support responsibilities include driving a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts from the company's three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

• US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00per hour

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
