Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and adolescents with a wide
  
  

range of disorders, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

• Monitor patients closely and conduct observation rounds,
  
  

prioritizing patient safety as the top concern.

• Participate in treatment planning by identifying patients\'
  
  

problems, needs, and strengths.

• Assist in the admission process, including vital sign assessment,
  
  

safety searches, specimen collection, and patient orientation.

• Plan, prepare, and conduct group therapy programs for patients.
• Participate in hospital codes as necessary for unit safety,
  
  

partnering with the Charge Nurse to ensure successful shift

operations and maintaining an engaging, therapeutic environment for

high patient satisfaction.
