The Senior Field Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Florence, SC. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of office technology equipment such as printers, copiers, and networking systems. The technician will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure optimal performance of devices, and provide exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with other team members to resolve complex technical challenges and provide timely service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, including printers, copiers, and related office technology systems.
- Experience with network configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and technical system integration.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to support client interactions and build positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to on-site challenges.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or an associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar Field Service Technician role is highly desirable.
