What You’ll Do
- Build and integrate core operational software systems (ERP, scheduling, reporting, and analytics).
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive digital tools that increase efficiency and accuracy across departments.
- Develop secure, scalable integrations between platforms using APIs, automation frameworks, and custom code.
- Create clear, reliable data pipelines that ensure leadership has real-time visibility into performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and automation teams to continuously improve system usability and resilience.
- Establish technical standards for documentation, version control, and long-term scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-stack or systems engineering background with the ability to take projects from concept to deployment
- Strong experience with data integration, API development, and automation tools
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
