Licensed Nursing Home Administrator: A rare opportunity has opened up for the right candidate to lead our team. We are seeking an experienced individual that values quality and customer service to lead Dove Healthcare - West Eau Claire, a 70-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center and Dove Healthcare - Orchard Hills Assisted Living, a 39-apartment CBRF. Our campus is supported by an experienced, successful management team, plus a full-time director at the assisted living residence.
Required Skills:
- ability to manage/lead people at various levels and provide needed feedback to create a supportive environment

- demonstrate the ability to independently develop educated decisions
Required Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting
- current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license
Preferred Skills:
- previous administrator experience
