As An Administrative Assistant, You Will
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Code invoices and assist with office purchasing
- Order office supplies and help maintain an organized office
- Maintain resident cash accounts and ensure accuracy
- Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in an environment with interruptions, competing responsibilities, and deadlines
- Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and other programs
- Ability to operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, telephone systems, and keyboards
- Strong typing and math skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
- Every other weekend is required for this role
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or work experience in a related field
- 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
