Douglasville Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This key role ensures high-quality resident care, supports nursing staff, and helps maintain a positive, team-centered environment.
Position: RN Unit Manager
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations of the unit
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff
Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation
Serve as on-call support on weekends as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident outcomes
Qualifications:
Active Georgia RN license (single-state or multistate) – required
Active BLS certification – required
Prior supervisory or unit management experience in skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
