Position: Assistant Administrator
Status: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Administrator in directing and coordinating all facility operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Promote resident satisfaction and address concerns from families, staff, and agencies
- Drive quality improvement and team engagement
Requirements:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (GA) or eligible to sit for exam
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care management experience
