Job Description The Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors and provide information. He/She is sometimes the customers last contact with the dealership and therefore, must represent the dealership in a friendly, professional manner. Receptionist provides assistance to the accounting office as directed on an individual task basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department

· Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department

· Refer customers who have additional questions (e.g. questions about their repair order) to the service advisor or appropriate individual.

· Maintain Service files timely.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Prefer least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.

· Professional personal appearance.

· Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.

· Prefer intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

· Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.

· All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

· All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
