RETAIL SALES MERCHANDISER
Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our field team covering Fairfield County, CT and surrounding areas. This is a road-based role — you'll be out in the field each day visiting grocery stores across your territory. It's a great fit for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in doing quality work..
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits throughout your assigned territory, completing structured reporting through our Daily Reporting app (photos, in-stock/out-of-stock conditions, shelf pricing, competitive pricing, and more)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and department leads
- Stock, front, and merchandise the brands we represent to ensure optimal shelf presence
- Complete quarterly pricing reports and maintain accurate territory records
- Participate in seasonal initiatives, including our annual Frozen Food Month program each March
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required — this is a road-based position with daily travel across the territory
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Proficient with basic technology — our field team uses Apple iPads for daily reporting
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Territory: Fairfield County, CT & surrounding areas
Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week (part-time, flexible scheduling)
Pay: $25/hour
