What You’ll Do🔹 Serve as the day-to-day team lead for the Maryland Living Group
🔹 Assist in coaching new and emerging agents
🔹 Support Greg in implementing team initiatives, REACT/Reactivate programs, and weekly accountability systems
🔹 Drive culture, collaboration, and team events
🔹 Step into leadership opportunities as the team continues to scale
🔹 Help improve lead conversion, nurture systems, and client experience
