Patrol Enforcement Officer

Douglas Parking is currently hiring a Patrol Enforcement Officer for all of our Oakland locations. The schedule you would be working is evenings, Monday - Friday. This position calls for enforces parking regulations and guidelines at all surface parking lots, tracking and issuing tickets as needed to all violators, basic lot maintenance on pay machines, and collects receipts.

The Enforcement officer should be able to pay attention to detail in order to properly monitor parking areas.

The Enforcement officer will need observation skills to recognize vehicles that have been parked beyond allotted and paid times.

The Enforcement officer should be physically fit in order to stand and walk for extended periods will issuing non-compliant vehicles citations, in different weather conditions.

The Enforcement will use technology (smartphone, computer, belt-mounted printer, etc.) to issue citations to vehicles parked in violation.

The Enforcement officer must be able to sit and drive for long periods of time, along the ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times.

Ensure work area is maintained to Douglas Parking standards.

Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.

A class C license with a reliable vehicle.

Customer service savvy with an ability to avoid or diffuse situations with agitated customers.

Must be reliable and on-time.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week

• driving: 4 years (Required)
