Douglas Motors, home of Douglas Volkswagen in Summit, NJ, is seeking a reliable, safety‑minded Per Diem Swap Driver to assist with vehicle pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and inter‑dealer transfers on an as‑needed basis. This is a good job for someone who is retired, because you need to be available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday on an as-needed basis, but no hours are guaranteed per week.

About The Role

• Part‑time, per-diem position based at Douglas Motors/Douglas Volkswagen, 491 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ.
• This is a good job for someone who is retired.
• Primary duties include swapping vehicles between locations, transporting customer and inventory vehicles, and supporting our sales and service teams with occasional delivery runs.
• Manual transmission experience required; candidate must be comfortable operating stick‑shift vehicles (manual transmission) when needed.
