ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Douglas Mccann - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation Structure:
- · Base pay based on experience and skill level
- · Uncapped commission structure, earn as much as you work!
- · Our top earners make $85,000 annually with commission
- Sales Career Path option with additional compensation
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
