We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support continued growth across a key U.S. sales territory covering TX, LA, AR, OK, MO, KS, IA, NE, and Southern Illinois.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated industrial sales professional who understands technical products, customer relationships, distributor networks, OEMs, and heavy industrial markets.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for profitable sales growth, account development, market expansion, pipeline management, and strengthening relationships with manufacturer representatives, distributors, OEMs, engineering firms, contractors, plant operators, maintenance teams, and end users.
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Five or more years of successful industrial, manufacturing, technical product, conveyor component, mining, aggregate, cement, steel, recycling, port, grain, power, or heavy industrial sales experience
• Proven ability to grow sales, develop accounts, manage opportunities, follow up on quotations, and convert pipeline into orders
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn, explain, and promote technical products used in conveyor systems and bulk material handling applications
• Experience working with representatives, distributors, OEMs, engineering firms, contractors, and direct end-user relationships
• Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned region
Experience with idlers, rollers, pulleys, take-ups, impact beds, magnetic separators, bearings, power transmission products, or engineered material handling equipment is highly preferred.
This is a full-time, exempt regional sales position. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory.
