Landscape Crew Member

Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our growing landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and can work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping tasks such as edging, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and irrigation.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery for various gardening and landscaping activities.
• Conduct tree care activities including pruning and planting.
• Install landscape materials including sod, plants, trees, stone, and mulch.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, snow removal, or seasonal plantings.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored and operated properly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy materials as needed.
• A willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and hardscaping techniques.
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
