As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for a compassionate, motivated Optician to join our team. Whether you already have optical experience or are eager to learn, we are willing to train the right person who shares our passion for helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Help patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
- Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort
- Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot eyeglasses as needed
- Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and proper eyewear care
- Process eyewear orders and verify lens accuracy
- Assist with inventory management and sales tracking
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every patient
- Work closely with our doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Optical dispensing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of medical billing or optical insurance is a plus
- A genuine passion for helping people feel confident and cared for
