SALARY RANGE: $30.35 - $39.13 per hour (depending on relevant verifiable experience)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Early Learning Program Facilitator – Kindergarten Readiness, Birth-Five Early Literacy & Systems Coordination is responsible for leading early learning system initiatives including the Kindergarten Readiness Partnership and Innovation (KPI) program, Birth through Five (BT5) Early Literacy plan, and broader Hub systems coordination and reporting functions.
This role focuses on advancing kindergarten readiness outcomes through cross-sector collaboration, family voice integration, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making.

•Lead implementation of Kindergarten Readiness Partnership and Innovation (KPI) strategies to align early learning and K–12 systems, strengthen transitions into kindergarten, and improve outcomes for priority populations.
•Lead implementation of Birth-Five (BT5) Early Literacy strategies, including family engagement initiatives, early literacy resource distribution, and targeted partnerships that expand access to early literacy support for children and families.
•Support professional development and communities of practice aligned with KPI and early literacy goals to strengthen instructional practices and partner capacity.
•Support cross-sector systems coordination to align services across early learning, education, health, and human services, advancing regional kindergarten readiness and family stability goals, including intentional engagement with Tribal partners.
•Oversee subgrants by establishing agreements with clear deliverables and timelines, monitoring performance, and providing technical assistance to ensure compliance and successful implementation.
•Facilitate and support the Hub’s Family Governance Advisory Committee, integrating family voice into program design, funding decisions, and system planning using best practices in family engagement and leadership development.
•Consult regularly with the South-Central Early Learning Hub Director and Regional Governance Council to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, inform decision-making, and support effective implementation of program initiatives.
•Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Demonstrated experience with budget development, fiscal management, and ongoing budget monitoring, including responsibility for tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and aligning program activities with approved budgets.
•Expert knowledge in multiple areas relevant to the position, including early learning systems, family or community-based programming, and cross-sector collaboration.
•Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
