SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled, experienced finance manager to join our finance team. In this position, you will play a key role in the annual budget process and contract administration. You will assist in analyzing contract terms and financial impact during contract negotiations and ensure vendors’ billings are in compliance with financial terms in contracts. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Finance, and other key business stakeholders.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the annual budgets
- Analyze contract terms and monitor vendors’ billings to ensure compliance with financial terms in contracts
- Conduct financial reviews and perform variance analysis to ensure alignment with contracts and budgets
- Develop contract tracking process and maintain records of all contracts and associated financial documentation
- Assist in all other Finance responsibilities and special projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA desirable
- 7 years’ experience in finance or accounting. Real estate and contract administration experience a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills required
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with MRI is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
