What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter, Janitorial (FT, M-F) position at Douglas Emmett?
We are currently seeking a Day Porter to join our team! Shift is Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm.
GENERAL OPERATIONS
- Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around the Main Lobby including cleaning of doors, seating areas, steps, curbs, sidewalks, and alleyway.
- Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around common areas, including cleaning of corridors, elevator lobbies, and restocking restrooms.
- Maintain clean stairwells and property as directed by Service Manager
- Assist Service Manager with special projects as needed.
- Immediately report any mechanical problems or vandalism to the Service Manager
- Take weekly inventory of janitorial supplies and give a report to Service Manager
