Procurement Analyst (Hybrid)

The Procurement Analyst will play a vital role in supporting Douglas Elliman’s Procurement operations, helping us to secure the best value for goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships. This position is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach. You'll be instrumental in managing contracts, analyzing supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in office in our midtown NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Contract management and renewal tracking of agreements with key business stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics & supplier performance and supplier spend data analysis.
- Manage supplier information security onboarding process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate new potential vendors.
- Administration of DE Travel Portal
- Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
- Assist in negotiation of contracts to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce operational expenses
- Administration of Zip Procurement Intake platform
- Other special projects
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing preferred.
