Role Description
We are hiring Commercial Real Estate Tenant Reps and Landlord Reps with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team.
• Commission-only
• Remote field-based
• Territories in Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego
• Team environment with assigned territory based on your strengths
You’ll manage client relationships, handle leasing/sales transactions, conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and negotiate deals with full team support.
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Knowledge of CRE markets and trends
• Active California real estate license
• Excellent communication negotiation abilities
• Motivated, ethical, and team-oriented
