Speech Language Pathologist (Ages 3-5) - Early Childhood Special Education
Douglas ESD is accepting applications for a Speech Language Pathologistfor students aged 3-5 years old. This position serves the schools of Douglas County, and the location of this position is subject to change.
190 days per year, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day to begin in the 2026-27 school year.

SALARY: $63,333 - $89,195 per year dependent upon relevant verifiable experience
($333.33- $469.45 per day or $41.67 - $58.68 per hour)
JOB SUMMARY: Provide comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultation services in the area of communication disorders.

QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology prior to the first day of employment, OR a Teachers Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license that has an endorsement for either communication disorders or speech impairment.
