Work Schedule & Duration:
· Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
· Duration: 3 months (temporary assignment)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Intern for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role will provide hands-on experience across key HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as supporting new hire orientation and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Focus):
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and non-clinical positions
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards
- Screen resumes and applications against job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Orientation & Onboarding:
- Assist in planning and facilitating new hire orientation sessions
- Prepare onboarding materials and employee files
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and properly filed
- Support new employees during the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience
Benefits Administration:
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs
- Assist with employee benefit inquiries and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Coordinate with benefits vendors as needed
General HR Support:
- Perform data entry and maintain HR databases and personnel records
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements
- Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
