Job Summary
Customer Services Representatives at ALFA INSURANCE *Hall Of Fame* - DOUG BLEVINS AGENCY & ASSOCIATES are award winning team players that take exceptional pride in the company they represent, the products they sell and in providing an excellent client experience. They assist the agent in providing exceptional personal service to policy holders and clerical function necessary to service our existing customers as well as striving to increase our culture and standard.
Many Alfa insurance agents are independent contractors. These agents are not employees of Alfa Insurance. Staff for independent contractor agents will be employees of the agent and not Alfa Insurance. This role at our agency would consist of answering phones, administrative tasks, assisting clients, insuring client relationships are handled to our standard, etc.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for concierge style client assistance, handling policy holder inquiries, documenting requests and completing changes, accept and process premiums.
- Service to policy holders includes strong communication skills on multiple platforms, conflict resolutions skills, ability to quickly learn new computer programs and processes. Proficient at adapting to a constantly changing, extremely fast-paced environment.
- Provide support to the agent and service center staff as needed.
- Make decisions to determine applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications.
- Ensure effective operation of the service center including but not limited to: reports, documentation, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to attain Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Salary : $30,000 - $40,000
