Hour Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Welcome Calls and Emails to our new clients
- Resolving client concerns and issues
- Assisting Agents and Owner in a team environment
- Respond to the client’s needs on their policies or related items
- Providing customer service for existing personal lines insurance policies via phone and email.
- Selling and servicing for our clients
