Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Cincinnati, Ohio reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee production planning, order fulfilment, customer set up and relationship management, stock control, logistics oversight, efficiencies and cost control. The role also involves ensuring compliance with customer requirements and identifying opportunities for process optimisation and increasing efficiencies where possible.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience.
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Project Management to oversee order fulfilment, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Prior experience in importing and exporting product across continents.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and improving supply chain performance.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to effectively collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure cohesive teamwork.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the food manufacturing or retail industry is highly desirable.
