Dougherty Orthodontics is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This is a fast-paced, patient-centered role where you’ll guide patients through their orthodontic journey, build relationships, and help them confidently move forward with treatment.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome new patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Take full records on patients
- Present treatment plans in a clear, confident, and supportive way
- Patient charting
- Help patients understand the value of orthodontic care and next steps
- Track patient progress, follow-ups, and key performance metrics, reporting
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize technology and systems to stay organized and efficient

Experience
- Orthodontic or dental experience preferred (we will train the right person!)
- Experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment strongly preferred
- Background in roles involving client relationships, case coordination, or performance tracking is a plus
- IT or technical experience is a bonus
