Job Type: Full-Time Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday (7:30am-4pm) Overtime may be required based on customer needs and deadlines. Ability to work occasional weekends.
Job Description:
The Warranty Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing our premium fishing boats. This role requires a deep understanding of marine systems, components, and an ability to maintain the brand’s exceptional standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and technical assessments on boats with warranty claims to determine the cause of issues related to marine systems, electrical, mechanical, and structural components. Perform repairs and accurately document all work performed. Run through systems after repairs to ensure the issue was successfully resolved. Communicate with supervisor regarding warranty claims and provide status updates. Work with supervisor to obtain parts needed for repairs to ensure accurate inventory. Ensure all warranty/aftermarket work complies with manufacturer guidelines and specifications. Work with supervisor to provide feedback on recurring issues or quality concerns. Ensure quality repairs while meeting deadlines.
Desired Experience:
The preferred candidate must be reliable and dependable. Must have 1-3 years of marine repair experience or the equivalent of education and experience. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as a team.

- Basic mathematical skills

- Meeting production schedules
- Knowing chemicals, their dangers, safety procedures, mixing procedures and time limits
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Follow safety and health standards – use of protective equipment as required
- Ability to work 8 hour day shifts (sitting, standing, bending and reaching) and moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and comply with health, safety and regulatory requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, supervisors and/or management
