PM 3rd Shift

The PM Production Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the morning production team to ensure all products are prepared, finished, and ready for packing and delivery on schedule. This role works closely with the Commissary Manager and other leads to maintain efficiency, quality, and food safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AM production team in preparing, proofing, baking, and finishing breads and other baked items.
• Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure all products are completed on time.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout each stage of production.
• Train, mentor, and support production staff to promote efficiency and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients and notify management of supply needs.
• Ensure all baking equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bakery, food production, or commissary operations strongly preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Overnight availability required
