What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Dough Production Assistant position at Dough Supply Co?
We are looking for team members to assist in executing our dough daily dough production and shape up.
*** Must have prior experience and demonstrate ability to work with pre-ferments ***
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Saturday
- Weekend shifts are required.
- Overtime is available.
- Hours 9am-4pm (Flexible once you're able to work independently).
TASKS INCLUDE:
- Lifting a lot of 50 lb bags
- Large batch dough production
- Mixing dough
- Shaping dough
- Measuring flour, water, etc.
- Washing dishes used during shifts
