Our bakery is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, but it's also a place where we genuinely enjoy coming to work. The prep team spends more time together than anyone else in the bakery, so we put a lot of thought into building a team of people who are kind, dependable, and fun to be around.
Our team includes people in all different stages of life, and we love that mix. We care a lot more about finding the right person than finding someone with a certain background. We also care deeply about creating a workplace where people enjoy showing up, feel supported, and look forward to their shifts.
Your shifts are spent side-by-side making dough, listening to music or podcasts, laughing, talking about everything under the sun, and getting a lot of work done together. Some of our team members have become really close friends outside of work, and that's something we love. We believe work is a lot more enjoyable when you genuinely like the people you're spending your day with.
Most team members work around three shifts per week, though we're happy to offer more hours if you're looking for them. Schedules are generally flexible based on availability.
LOCATIONS
Lehi (Primary Hiring Need)
-Training begins in early August
-*Hours ramp up when we open in mid-September*
Millcreek
-We're also hiring for our Millcreek location, with a similar start timeline.
PREP POSITION DETAILS
Monday–Thursday (sometimes Fridays): 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
(Occasionally a 7:00 a.m. start.)
This is the team that makes all of our cinnamon roll dough from scratch. Baking experience is helpful but not required—you just need to enjoy working with food, love staying busy, and be excited to learn. We'll teach you everything you need to know about dough and our process.

Other responsibilities include dishes, cleaning, and being on your feet throughout the shift.
REQUIREMENTS
-Able to lift at least 25 lbs
-Comfortable moving quickly in a kitchen environment
