Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Upsell drinks and menu items to increase revenue
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to promote specials and increase sales
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with catering or banquet services
- Basic knowledge of brewing techniques
- Familiarity with various types of cash registers
- Proficiency in mixology techniques
