Dough Co. Team Member(Customer Service)

Morning shifts. No late nights. Fast-paced doughnut and coffee shop. Weekend availability needed. Tips available for eligible FOH roles.

Dough Co. prides itself in providing a positive work environment for all of our team members. We are looking for dependable, self motivated, problem solving, & quick-learning members to join or close knit team. Team member will warmly greet customers as they enter, advise and assist them with their selections, answer telephone inquiries and prepare and present merchandise for sale by keeping cases stocked and making coffee. Team member will be responsible for keeping counters, tables, serving trays, and work/public areas clean. As this position is a primary point of contact for customers, the successful candidate must possess proficient customer service skills, always maintain a professional demeanor and be knowledgeable of merchandise.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Handle food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
- Support team members in various tasks such as bussing tables
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as a grocery store
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with bussing tables in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with sanitation practices in a food service environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
