Job Responsibilities:
- Address customers' primary concerns
- Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven
- Meet and greet customers with a smile
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Conduct video walkarounds
- Communicate via text
- Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously
- Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs
- Follow through with daily responsibilities
- Complete all factory and dealer training
- 2-3 years of automotive experience
- Self-motivated
- Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
- Basic Computer skills
- Maintain a valid driver's license
