Doug Smith Subaru is looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dependable Service Porter to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers as they arrive in the service department
Collect basic customer and vehicle information
Guide customers to the appropriate service advisor
Perform walk-around videos of customer vehicles
Keep the service drive and work areas clean and organized
Run vehicles through the car wash
Assist the service team with errands and daily tasks
Help with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections)
This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, work closely with our service team, and be one of the first faces our customers see.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
