- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information about our vehicle inventory, services, and promotions.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Be available to work full-time, including Saturdays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software.
- Previous experience in automotive or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
