- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Provide information on vehicle maintenance and repair options, ensuring customers understand their choices.
- Assist with outdoor power equipment diagnostics by interpreting customer concerns and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively serve customers.
