Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle selection
- Provide a friendly, professional customer-first sales experience
- Learn and follow the full vehicle sales process
- Create and post social media content to drive engagement and leads
- Respond quickly to online inquiries and schedule appointments
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive referrals
- Complete paid training to stay current with Hyundai product knowledge
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in growing a social media presence is a plus
- Motivated to build a long-term automotive sales career
