Job Description
Doug's Automotive Group is a family-owned & operated dealership and has reached over 50 years in business! We have new facilities finished over the last two years and our brands are growing! We have extremely low turnover so this opportunity is very unique.
Qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Must have experience ideally with import brands.
- Comfortable AND excited by technology. This industry is constantly changing and we need people that can change with it!
- Ability to solve problems AND offer solutions.
- Ability to assist the service manager when required.
- Customer-centric. We have a strong client base that loves us.
We have a busy shop and a full schedule so there is a ton of opportunity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced service drive environment preferably import experienced.
- CDK experience a plus.
- Experience working with Windows, and iPads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding and respecting customers’ needs and expectations.
- A strong passion for cars and teamwork.
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare accurate auto estimates and service write-ups for customers.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and follow-up on their satisfaction.
- Uphold dealership standards and adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
