What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Customer Service/Order Processing position at Doug Russell Marine?
Since 1956 Doug Russell Marine has been a staple in the marine and boating industry. We're located on Route 20 in Worcester and looking to add a motivated and dependable full-time member to our customer service team.
As a customer service representative, you would be responsible for a variety of daily office tasks including:
- Online order entry
- Phone order entry
- Fielding customer service related inquiries (both online and via telephone)
- Qualifying phone calls and routing them accordingly
- Assisting other dept. personnel as needed, such as sending emails, returning calls, and delivering messages to other department personnel
The ideal candidate must be a team player who possesses a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and have a good background in customer service.
Marine & boating experience is desired but not required.

Shift Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday* 8am-12pm (*only from May 1 through July 1 )
