A Typical Day...
This is a full‑time, on‑site Licensed Insurance Agent role located in Tallahassee, FL. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to assess insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and manage policies throughout their lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on insurance options, quoting and binding coverage, working with multiple carriers, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll also respond to client inquiries, assist with policy changes and renewals, and stay current on industry trends and regulations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional client service.
Your Expertise
- Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Sell and service insurance policies while maintaining long‑term client relationships
- Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options
- Manage policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries with accuracy and care
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation
- Stay informed on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support
- Other duties as assigned
