What We're Looking For
- Licensed MA Journeyman Plumber – Preferred
- 3 years of residential construction experience – Confident working independently and taking charge
- Experience in new construction plumbing installations – Residential or commercial
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plumbing schematics
- Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Comfortable with technology (Apple products & ServiceTitan preferred)
Your Workday
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM – Enjoy predictable hours that let you plan your personal life
- Plumbing System Installations – Work on residential and commercial new builds
- Rough & Finish Plumbing – Install piping, fixtures, and water systems from start to finish
- Read & Follow Blueprints – Ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
- Coordinate with Contractors & Team Members – Work efficiently alongside other trades
- Assigned Jobs – From Start to Finish – You are responsible for seeing each assigned project through from beginning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way
- Take Ownership of Your Work – Deliver quality craftsmanship with every installation
