**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and other systems
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager
