The property features 204 suites, each offering a separate bedroom and living room to enhance guest comfort. Role Description The Dual Property Catering Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Laurel, NJ, responsible for driving catering sales and managing events across designated properties. This role involves prospecting and securing new catering business, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and conducting site tours for clients. The manager collaborates closely with the food & beverage and operations teams to plan menus, finalize event details, and ensure seamless execution of meetings, banquets, and social events. Daily activities include maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring event budgets and revenue goals, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction before, during, and after events. The role also requires accurate reporting, use of sales and event management systems, and participation in property sales initiatives to maximize catering revenue.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Catering Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in Event Planning and coordination for corporate meetings, social events, and banquets.
• Strength in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, menus, and banquet service standards.
• Previous hotel or hospitality sales experience, preferably in full-service or branded properties.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with sales, catering, or CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
