Responsibilities
- Safely operate passenger vans, shuttle buses, and other client vehicles along designated local routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimal safety and appearance
- Follow all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during daily operations
- Use GPS navigation systems to efficiently plan routes and adapt to real-time traffic conditions
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and clients to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment transfer while adhering to manual handling safety procedures
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles such as vans or limousines
- Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes for efficient service delivery
- Ability to operate passenger vans and other large vehicles safely while adhering to traffic regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with vehicle maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting skills
