The front desk agent/guest service associate is often the first person to interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service. As the friendly face of the property, the front desk agent has a great desire to work with people. You are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring that guests' needs are properly addressed.
Job Requirements
- Works the hotel front desk, answering phone calls and assisting guests for check-in, check-out, booking reservations, etc.. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prefer candidates with hotel front desk experience. Knowledge of Hilton OnQ PMS is a plus.
- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
