Guest Service Agent - Part-Time

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
• Manage reservations using PEP, including handling modifications and cancellations
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with customer service problem-solving skills, maintaining professionalism at all times
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers efficiently and courteously
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintain guest records, update profiles, and manage check-out processes efficiently while adhering to hotel emergency procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially within hotel or resort environments
• Proficiency with PEP, preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is a plus
• Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and client communication expertise
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a part-time capacity
• Hospitality experience in hotel settings or with hotel management systems enhances your candidacy
