As the Chef & B, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
• You will report to the General Manager.
• A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position.

• Prepare, cook, and present all breakfast menu items according to brand and property standards

• Set up, stock, and maintain breakfast stations and buffet areas

• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and sanitation guidelines

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, and storage spaces

• Assist with inventory, receiving, and proper food storage

• Communicate effectively with F&B leadership and team members

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests as needed

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards consistently

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: 

• A combination of education and experience
